After creating the first mini house a little over a year ago, it has evolved so many times and is really and truly ready to hit production. It will be launched this spring/summer. The houses will come with a full selection of wallpapers, stickers, and a surface you can draw directly on to customize your very own house. They will be full of wonderful colors and patterns and of course a lovely box to store it all in. If you follow the blog I will post progress as it happens and where you will be able to find "lille huset" once it hits stores. I will also release as part of the series the extra mini houses for those of you who saw them this past holiday! Within the month I will have product shots and will allow pre-orders to start being placed.

The story behind the brand...

Lille huset is inspired by a little house in logan square, a little neighborhood in a big city. This little house has lived in the city for a very long time, over 100 years. The family that built lille huset was a Norwegian family who came to this neighborhood to start a new life. Today a modern family lives in this very house and loves it very much. They are taking time to make it a new modern home so it will be here for 100 more years.
